What we collect
We collect the name, company, job title, email, and optional company website you provide when requesting an analysis, along with your request time and consent. Our hosting and abuse-prevention services process technical information such as IP addresses and browser signals to protect the form. We do not request payment card details, account credentials, or transaction files through this website.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your request, understand your business context, and communicate about payment risk analysis and related services. We may use business-data providers and public company websites to add context and verify contact information. Automated and AI-assisted tools can help organize information and prepare email conversations. You can request human assistance.
Service providers
Our website and CRM use our hosting provider and Supabase for hosting and storage. Apollo, Hunter, and Firecrawl may support business research and email verification; OpenAI may support conversation preparation; SendGrid delivers and receives emails. Information is shared with these providers as needed to perform those functions. Email activity may be measured through delivery, open, and click events. Processing can occur outside your country.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe using the link in our emails or contact us to ask for access, correction, or deletion of your information. We may retain a minimal suppression record to honor an opt-out, and records needed for security or applicable obligations. We retain inquiry information as needed to manage the relationship and review retention when it is no longer needed.
Website storage
We use necessary browser storage to keep a submission identifier stable when you retry, and security technology to protect the form, including Cloudflare Turnstile on our self-hosted website. This website does not install advertising pixels or marketing analytics.
